Dirk Bondy is president of Seneca Structural Engineering, Inc. in Laguna Hills, CA, a firm specializing in post-tensioned concrete design. He is a registered civil and structural engineer in the states of California, Nevada, Arizona and Hawaii as well as a licensed C-50 contractor in the state of California. He is the co-author of the book “Post-Tensioned Concrete Principles and Practice” and is also a private pilot with more than 750 hours of logged flying time. Bondy teaches Civil and Environmental Engineering 143: Prestressed Concrete Design.
