The Martin Rubin Scholarship is awarded to Ph.D. student Grace Parker. This scholarship is awarded to a continuing Ph.D. or M.S. Civil and Environmental Engineering student for academic excellence.

The T.H. Lin Scholarship is awarded to Ph.D. students Tien-Shu Chang. This scholarship is awarded to a continuing Ph.D. or M.S. Civil and Environmental Engineering international students in the Structural Mechanics program.
