‘Civil Engineers have all the Power‘

This seminar will describe the infrastructure behind Power Generation and Distribution. Specifically, how have Civil Engineers played a major role in the Nuclear, Hydroelectric, Gas/Electric, Solar, and Wind power industry? The Power Industry relies on Civil Engineers in the creation of structures, maintenance, seismic analyses, and retrofits as required. We will also discuss the efforts Civil Engineers are making toward a cleaner, greener method of power generation and distribution.
