The Martin Rubin Scholarship is awarded to Ph.D. candidate Barbaros Cetiner. This scholarship is awarded to a continuing Ph.D. or M.S. Civil and Environmental Engineering student for academic excellence.

The T.H. Lin Scholarship is awarded to Ph.D. students Wenyang Zhang and Hao Zhang. This scholarship is awarded to a continuing Ph.D. or M.S. Civil and Environmental Engineering international students in the Structural Mechanics program.
