Newtecnic is a multidisciplinary building engineering firm. They undertake the engineering design of building structures, facades, and MEP installations in partnership with leading international architects and contractors. They work exclusively on complex, high-profile projects.

Newtecnic will present:

• Case studies on three projects with complex geometries
• Integration between software packages through interfaces
• Automated approaches for optimization of structural layout of structural members
• Interface design
• Evolutionary structural analysis through computer science methods

 Yasmin is a chartered architect with over 30 years’ experience of managing high profile building projects. She leads the management of detailed design and construction phases of all projects at Newtecnic. Yasmin is also responsible for quality control systems for both design methodologies and their implementation within Newtecnic’s ISO9001 certification.

Rosen is a Structural Engineer specialised in computer science and data driven structural analysis and optimisation. Rosen studied at Politecnico di Milano and the City College of New York. His main interests are data science in structural engineering, company development, leadership and mentoring. Rosen is also responsible for the company development, implementation of RND, structural engineering optimisation and design.
